Guru54 Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to the Guru54 website, the Guru54 mobile application and all related community features (together, “Guru54” or the “Service”). They form part of our Terms of Use and should be read with our Privacy Policy.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Guru54 has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”). Users must not use Guru54 to create, upload, store, request, promote, sell, exchange, transmit, livestream or otherwise make available CSAE or CSAM.

For these standards, a child is any person under 18 years of age. CSAE includes content or conduct that sexually abuses, exploits or endangers a child, including grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, solicitation of a child, or arranging or encouraging sexual contact with a child. CSAM includes any visual depiction—including a photo, video, livestream, computer-generated or modified image—of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Guru54:

CSAM or links, instructions, search terms or directions intended to locate or access CSAM;
sexualised images, videos, audio, text or comments involving a child;
grooming, befriending or contacting a child for sexual purposes;
requesting, offering, buying, selling or exchanging sexual images or videos involving a child;
sexual extortion or threats to publish intimate material involving a child;
trafficking, recruitment or advertising of a child for sexual exploitation;
live content, messages, groups, pages, profiles or listings used to facilitate CSAE;
attempts to move a conversation off Guru54 in order to exploit or endanger a child;
content that identifies, shames, threatens or exposes the private information of a child victim; and
jokes, praise, normalisation or encouragement of CSAE or CSAM.

Apparent artistic, educational, documentary or awareness intent does not permit illegal CSAM. Users must never upload CSAM to report it or preserve it as evidence.

3. How to report a child-safety concern inside Guru54

Guru54 provides reporting mechanisms that users can access without leaving the app:

Post or live content: open the content options, choose Report Post, select Child Safety or Sexual Exploitation, add any safe and relevant details, and submit the report.
User account: open the profile options, choose Report User, select Child Safety or Sexual Exploitation, add details, and submit the report.
Page, group or event: use the available Report action and select Child Safety or Sexual Exploitation.
Support ticket: open Menu → Technical Support → New Ticket. Use the subject “Child Safety” and include the relevant username, content link or other safe information that helps us locate the concern.

Do not download, screenshot, copy, forward or email suspected CSAM. Report the account or content location only. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority immediately.

You may also notify our child-safety team at lumaqode2026@gmail.com. Email is an additional contact channel and does not replace the reporting tools available inside the app. Never attach suspected CSAM to an email.

4. How Guru54 responds

We prioritise reports involving possible child sexual abuse or exploitation. When Guru54 obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or other CSAE on the Service, we may take one or more of the following actions:

promptly disable access to or remove the relevant content;
restrict, suspend or permanently terminate involved accounts;
prevent re-upload or repeat abuse where technically and legally appropriate;
preserve relevant account and technical information when required or permitted by law;
report confirmed or apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority as required by applicable law; and
cooperate with valid requests from law-enforcement and child-protection authorities.

We may act without first notifying the reported user where notice could endanger a child, interfere with an investigation, encourage destruction of evidence or violate law. Guru54 does not return or provide copies of CSAM to users.

5. Enforcement and appeals

A violation of these standards may result in content removal, loss of features, account suspension or permanent account termination. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Where legally appropriate, a user may contact us to appeal an enforcement decision. An appeal does not require Guru54 to restore illegal content or disclose information that could compromise child safety, another person’s privacy or an investigation.

6. Prevention and platform safeguards

Guru54 uses a combination of user reports, moderation review, account restrictions, technical and security signals, support processes and cooperation with service providers and authorities to prevent and respond to child-safety risks. We review these practices as the Service, technology, risk patterns and applicable laws evolve.

Parents and guardians should help minors use appropriate privacy settings, avoid sharing private or identifying information, refuse requests for intimate material, block suspicious accounts and report concerning behaviour immediately.

7. Privacy and report confidentiality

We handle report information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. We limit disclosure of a reporter’s identity, but we may share information when necessary to protect a child, investigate abuse, comply with law or respond to a valid request from an authority. We retain child-safety and enforcement information for as long as reasonably necessary for safety, legal, reporting, evidence-preservation and abuse-prevention purposes.

8. Compliance with child-safety laws

Guru54 is committed to complying with applicable child-safety, online-safety and mandatory-reporting laws. Our policies prohibit CSAE and CSAM regardless of where the user is located. Where the law requires a report, preservation of information or other action, Guru54 will take the legally required steps and cooperate with the competent regional or national authority.

We may update these standards to reflect changes in law, safety practices or the Service. The current version will remain publicly available on this page, and the “Last updated” date will identify the latest revision.
